Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at K4 Computers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

Returns

  1. Return Window: You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, which should not be damaged or tampered with.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Customized or specialized items are non-returnable as these are made to order and approved by you before purchase.
  4. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    We will verify the item serial number before any return can be made.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [contact information]. We will arrange an exchange for you.
  2. Exchange Window: Defective or damaged products must be reported within 2 days of receipt and returned within the 5-day window.

Conclusion of sales and availability of stock

Registered users may place orders for Goods, which K4 Computers may accept or reject. Whether or not K4 Computers accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment or payment authorisation by K4 Computers for the Goods.
NOTE: K4 Computers will indicate the acceptance of your order by delivering the Goods to you or allowing you to collect them, and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and K4 Computers come into effect (the “Sale”). This is regardless of any communication from K4 Computers that your order or payment has been confirmed. K4 Computers will indicate the rejection of your order (by K4 Computers itself) by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid.
Prior to delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Placing Goods in a wishlist or shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such Goods, and as such, Goods may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold K4 Computers liable if such Goods are not available or are not available at the particular price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.
You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of Goods for sale by K4 Computers, K4 Computers will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, K4 Computers will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
Certain Goods may not be purchased for re-sale. Should we suspect that any such Goods are being purchased for sale, we are entitled to cancel your order immediately on notice to you.
